Customized Legal Marriage Ceremony (In-Person)*
Every part of your wedding is handled by our in-house team and direct employees—the same trusted people at every event. At Perfect Wedding NYC, we never outsource or rely on freelancers. This consistency is how we maintain the highest quality, reliability, and personalized experience for each couple we work with.
The officiant will prepare a personalized script for you and perform a legal marriage ceremony in any location of your choosing. Our professional in-house team of officiants can perform ceremonies in any style, tradition, or custom, including religious, interfaith, spiritual, civil, symbolic, and personalized ceremonies.
With hundreds and, in some cases, thousands of weddings performed, our officiants bring extensive experience, warmth, and confidence to every ceremony, creating a meaningful and memorable experience for each couple.
We customize the script to make it unique and tailored to your couple’s style. All our officiants are registered with the City Clerk, ensuring that we can handle signing the necessary paperwork and mailing it to the City Clerk’s office on your behalf.
Ceremony Only package highlights:
guidance on the legal part, such as marriage license obtaining (must be received by the couple at least 1 day before the wedding in order to get legally married in New York), marriage certificate processing, etc.
personalization of the ceremony script (this part is planned by receiving your responses to our ceremony script questionnaire)
opportunity to exchange personal vows
by the default, the ceremony is civil, non-religious, non-denominational (it is a possibility to request a religious ceremony)
the ceremony’s duration is approximately 15 minutes
the marriage license will be completed by the officiant after the ceremony and forwarded to the City Clerk’s office by certified mail service
*Officiant comes to the venue of your choice, including an apartment, your hotel room, a public park (some locations may require a special permit), a restaurant, etc.

Additionally, for your ceremony, you can choose your preferred language or request a bilingual ceremony for an additional fee: Bilingual (English/Spanish/Norwegian/Russian/Ukrainian/Polish)
