We customize the script to make it unique and tailored to your couple’s style. All our officiants are registered with the City Clerk, ensuring that we can handle signing the necessary paperwork and mailing it to the City Clerk’s office on your behalf.

We provide an extensive guidance and that will help you to book you online/in-person appointment with the city clerk within 1 week and receive a marriage license.
Only the couple has the LEGAL RIGHT to obtain a marriage license (you and your partner will have to meet the city clerk, presenting your photo ids and confirming your personal information).

Experienced elopement photographer will capture all the essential moments of your ceremony + group portraits with the guests (if applicable) + newlyweds’ love story after. Our photographers have worked with thousands of couples at some of New York City’s most iconic locations, so they know exactly which backgrounds work best and how to use each setting to its full potential. They know the strongest backgrounds, understand how to position you naturally, and work very efficiently to create a wide variety of flattering poses and moments within a short amount of time.

(Additional photography time can be added as an upgrade)

One Live Musician for 1 hour (Violin/Cello/Guitar)
Our musicians are true masters of their craft. With decades of experience dedicated exclusively to music, they bring professionalism, artistry, and depth to every wedding performance. They’ve played everything imaginable — from custom arrangements written just for our couples to improvising seamlessly along a backing track.
They are absolute pros when it comes to every detail: from their polished look and impeccable attire to their refined playing style and professional-grade equipment. We offer cello, violin, guitar, and more — creating versatile combinations tailored to each celebration.
You can choose any 2-3 songs to be played by the musician for the processional/bridal entrance and after the pronouncement. The remaining ones would be classic wedding background music.

Rain Backup Included – At No Extra Cost*
In case of rain, we provide a beautiful indoor backup location at no additional cost—the New York Wedding Loft, located right by Bryant Park.

This stunning 5,000 sq ft loft features a fully decorated ceremony area, a cozy lounge, and a bridal suite with views of the New York Public Library. It also includes cocktail and dinner tables, a high-end audio system, 4 direct elevators, spacious bathrooms, and a kitchenette. The built-in smart home system lets you control lighting, music, and shades to create the perfect ambiance.

Located in the heart of Manhattan, it also gives you access to amazing photo spots like the Public Library (5 min walk), Grand Central (8 min), and Times Square (10 min).

Every part of your wedding is handled by our in-house team and direct employees—the same trusted people at every event. At Perfect Wedding NYC, we never outsource or rely on freelancers.
